In the morning, throw back the dreamy flowing curtains and let the trickling sound of the river, and views of Kilminorth woods greet you whilst you sip your morning coffee.

Kitchen/Diner
A generous sized kitchen equipped with all you need to dine eight comfortably around the vintage dining area by the french doors. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with solid wood worktops, over counter bistro lights and a touch of elegant copper. No need to bring your Perrier, the tap water in Shallow Pool is supplied by a private natural spring source in the hills and tastes divine. Naturally you can expect all the mod-cons including double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.

Boot Room
The garden entrance to the side of the property enters the boot room where you can kick off your walking boots and hang up your hats. This room also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

Gardens:
The most remarkable feature are the substantial gardens covering almost an acre under the breathtaking backdrop of the ancient Kilminorth woods. The garden is dotted with two ponds, flower beds and shrubs which come into their own in the Spring and Summer months. An orchard of half a dozen apple trees by the wood shed offers delicious sweet fruit when in season. The pièce de résistance is certainly the tree lined river flowing through the garden offering salmon and trout for fishers, and a mooring should you wish to take your kayak down the stunning river of West Looe. A quaint footbridge takes you over the river for the start of many riverside or woodland walks.  A section of garden by the river is an untouched wild woodland, a haven for mini beasts and flora. Tuck yourself away by the tranquil riverside with a good book and a glass of wine.
